The Drugs Control Department, Delhi on August 24, 2026, notified regarding the Drugs Monitoring System designed and developed for monitoring sale of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.
The Drugs Control Department, Government of NCT of Delhi, in coordination with the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Delhi, has developed a Drugs Monitoring System pursuant to directions issued during the State Level NCORD meeting. The system is intended to monitor the purchase and sale of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances covered under Schedule H1 by retail and wholesale chemists operating in the NCT of Delhi.
The portal, available at https://drugsmonitoring.delhi.gov.in, is now operational. All concerned stakeholders are mandatorily required to record the purchase and sale of all drugs available on the portal. Login must be undertaken using the mobile number registered with the Online National Drugs Licensing System (ONDLS) portal. Licensees requiring assistance may contact the Drugs Control Department.
